CardioDance cumple 2 años

Hoy, 12 de mayo de 2014 hace 2 años que dos programas Les Mills vieron la luz. El primero, Les Mills Grit (Plyo y Strength) y el segundo, un programa en el que yo he tenido mucho que ver: CardioDance.

Aún recuerdo como, en diciembre de 2011 me dijeron que iba a salir un programa de baile y acondicionamiento. ¿Sabéis algo? Yo siempre he dicho que empecé a salir en vídeos desde CardioDance 4 (que fue el primero que se hizo en España) y a mis socios, siempre les he dicho que empecé a coreografiar en el 6 pero la realidad es que he sido director desde el primer momento y el primer vídeo (hasta CardioDance 4 que empecé yo sólo).
No sé si lo hice por miedo a que no gustara el programa, por inseguridad, porque no me lo creía ni yo o porque me daba (y me sigue dando) mucha vergüenza llevarme méritos.

Cuando grabamos CardioDance 2 lo dije: "si estamos grabando un segundo lanzamiento es gracias a nuestros seguidores" y dos años después estoy convencido todavía más de eso.

Ahora, pasados dos años desde los inicios, y grabado CardioDance 10 sólo puedo dar las gracias a Les y Jackie por haber confiado en mi. A Rachael (coreografa y directora junto a mi de los 3 primeros lanzamientos) y Gandalf (coreografo de Cd 1 y 2) por sus consejos, ayudas y por motivarme tanto día a día. Tambien a los Programme Coaches, Kylie Gates (hasta CD6) y George Handler (desde el 7 hasta ahora). A los conpañeros trainers que han salido en vídeos Remi, Claudio, Josh, Chris, Remi, Sarah... y como no al maravilloso equipo que hay detrás: Lina, Carla, Mary, Mark, Lisa, Tom, Nigel...

Y como no, gracias a todos los monitores/trainers que hacéis un gran esfuerzo para que vuestros participantes trabajen duro, se lo pasen bomba y quieran repetir. ¡¡¡Gracias a vosotros ya somos más de 12.000 CardioDancers en el mundo!!!
