Como siempre, una grandísima experiencia con muchos grandes momentos.

¡¡¡Hola a todos!!!

Como ya sabéis, este finde han sido las grabaciones de los nuevos lanzamientos Les Mills en NZ y ha sido maravilloso.

Lo poco que os puedo contar es que: BodyJam 69 viene cañero, Plyo Workout 04 viene muy cañero, CardioDance 09 viene a tope de cañero y Sh'bam 16 está muy, muy, muy chulo.

Además se ha grabado también un nuevo programa (cuyo director soy yo) que va a salir sólo en NZ y en unos meses si todo va bien llegará aquí, llamado DANCE TRAINING SYSTEM (Sh'bam de bajo presupuesto) y que ha recibido muy buenas críticas y tiene muy buena pinta. En la grabación estaba yo sólo en el escenario y me lo pasé genial.

Y si todo esto fuera poco, en unos días voy a empezar un proyecto muy chulo. Se trata de un nuevo programa de fitness que todavía no puedo adelantar pero que en unos días os contaré con todo lujo de detalles.

La verdad es que siempre que nos juntamos el equipo Les Mills en NZ para las grabaciones sale de todo y hay de todo. Y en esta ocasión, no ha sido menos: Cenas accidentadas, bailes en plena calle, gente chillona a más no poder y un público muy especial en CardioDance 9: una asociación de discapacitados que vino de Londres sólo para la grabación y a los que les doy las gracias por hacérmelo pasar tan bien y por ser tan geniales.

Por último dar las gracias al grupo español  asistente (pocos pero buenos) por ser tan geniales y compartir conmigo la experiencia y no dejarme solo.

A la próxima más y mejor!!!!
